You can delete your personal data from BlueOak Solutions at any time, directly in our website or apps. There are two ways, depending on how you used our service.
With an account
Sign in, open My account and choose Delete my account. It works the same on the web, Android and iOS. Deletion starts right away and you are signed out.
This deletes your account, your profile, your quote requests and all their messages (including our replies), your review and your visit feedback. A published review disappears from the website with the next site update, within 24 hours.
Records of services we delivered (sites, visits and payment records) are business records that we keep. Within 30 days, we remove your contact details from them. If you are a member of our crew, BlueOak also removes your access and your upcoming visit assignments; visits you completed are kept as business records.
Without an account
If you requested a quote without an account, use the form on this page with the email address you used in your request. The form creates a deletion request, and we delete the quote requests you sent without an account, and their messages, within 30 days.
If you send the request from a different browser or device than the one you used for your quote, we may first send a 6-digit code to that email address to confirm it is yours. Nothing is deleted until the request is confirmed. The form never shows whether an email address has quote requests. Quote requests sent while signed in are deleted with your account.
What we keep
We keep a record of each deletion request to show that it was completed, and technical records that contain no personal information.
